As Digital Transformation Lead, I collaborated closely with the business to identify pain points and process inefficiencies that were limiting growth. I then developed a grant-approved strategy—endorsed by Enterprise Ireland—focused on operational excellence, highlighting key opportunities and outlining a clear roadmap for automation and delivery.
WMS (Warehouse Management System) Implementation

Successfully project managed the implementation of a new WMS, SNAP. By working within the warehouse department, creating the system design and architecture, managing the configuration and build process ensuring optimisation of the operation team’s time, running UAT (User Acceptance Testing) workshops that doubled as training days.
Working with system experts and the vendor closely, we delivered a fit for purpose WMS. The implementation improved inventory accuracy, faster and more accurate order fulfillment,
increased warehouse productivity, stronger customer service levels and data visibility and reporting.
CRM Implementation with Salesforce

Successfully project managed a Salesforce implementation that aligned technology with business goals.
Replacing two legacy systems, the project delivered improved customer relationships, faster sales, better service, and real-time insights — all while ensuring strong user adoption, clean data migration, seamless integrations, and a scalable platform for future growth.
Cyber essentials ceritfication

Achieved Cyber Essentials certification, guaranteeing a level of security that businesses require. Cyber essentials is a low-cost, high-impact step that boosts security, builds trust, and opens business opportunities, defending against ~80% of common attacks.
Cyber Essentials (UK) is often still used in Ireland, especially for UK trade. Holding an up to date Cyber Essentials certificate enables your business to bid for government contracts where handling of financial or personal data is involved.
Microsoft Teams room and network improvements

Undertook a review of business communication tools and the infrastructure underpinning it. The result was an upgrade to the network backbone that facilitated the greater use of sharepoint and performance in the office. On top of this, I implemented a board room package (Microsoft Teams Room). It created Seamless Hybrid Meetings, Easy one-touch join, high-quality audio/video, and equal experience for remote and in-room participants.
Simplified management:centralised IT control, consistent interface, and automatic updates.
Instant content sharing, smart camera features, and Microsoft Whiteboard integration, Reduces meeting setup stress, improves engagement for all participants.
